A: Yes, you can customize your Meal Prep Food order. You may design it to low carbs, high proteins, vegan or vegetarian.
Q: How do I customize my Meal Prep Food Order?
A: Place and submit your order then fill out the contact form below with your order # and include your customizations. (Please be sure to include your phone number).
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: (a)For Meal Prep Food Orders you must report your issue within 5 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances you will receive partial or full credit. Pictures may be required for final decision.(b) For other retail items there is a 15 day exchange or refund. (C) For Catering Services there is a Credit on your next event.
Q: Will these items guarantee weight loss?
A: All of our Meal Prep Food orders are the nutritional USDA standards. We ask that you seek your physician before starting any food regime to assist in weight loss.
Q: Are your items all natural?
A: All of our food products are made fresh never frozen. We try to maintain all Farm to table items. Seafood is Wild Caught and Meats are lean.
