Who We Are
We are just a group of gals and guys who enjoy doing what we do. Fat Sisters was first conceived from our kitchens of RFA Catering. It is a combination of 2 chicks who happened to be professionally trained chefs and one tough army military sergeant who knows how to cook. After closing the doors of RFA Catering they decided to take a different route.
Being southern raised all of our chefs knows traditional southern cooking. However, being trained on French, Asian, and International cooking allows them to cook food their way...fun, fusion, and excitement. Our team believes in FLAVOR and therefore, they are known as Flavor Specialist.

Our Services
Fat Sisters in Atlanta is more than just a Flavor Food Specialist Group. We offer an array of food services;
- Meal Prep Service - Individual Meal Service plan. Serving Families or Single serving known as Power Meals.
- Catering/Pop-up Services- From intimate to Social Gatherings. We come to you to make your event FLAVORABLE. Our pop up services or held once monthly at a special location.
- Cooking Classes- Want something different? Then you would want to be a part of our interactive cooking classes. Make your next event a Wine and Dine Cooking Class with Fat Sisters.
- Bistro Services- Come and visit us at our Partnership location, Buttersweet Bakery. Enjoy as savory and sweet join forces for a Flavortime experience.
Fast and Easy
Fat Sisters, LLC in Atlanta knows food and service goes together. As well we understand quality is better than quantity. Our meals are farm fresh as well all of our products are all natural. Even though we have set menus we also believe in assisting you with any food customizations that you need. Our Flavor Chefs are available to speak with you and bring your food event into existence.
